Marketing & Communications Coordinator
The Laundromat Project (The LP) is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator. The Marketing & Communications Coordinator will develop and execute digital content across both traditional and digital marketing campaigns to support The LP’s activities and events, including open calls, seasonal fundraising appeals, the launch of new initiatives, programmatic marketing, and original multimedia storytelling. This is an important community-centered role on the Communications team, perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment, possesses strong editorial and storytelling skills, and has a keen interest in developing content focused on art, organizing, and civic engagement.
The role is based in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, and reports to the Media & Storytelling Manager. The person in this position will work collaboratively with all other departments at The LP to help ensure the organization’s overall mission is met and to connect with artists and neighbors through engaging digital stories and content.

- Compensation: The annual salary for this role is $72,000

- Office location: 1476 Fulton St., Brooklyn, NY (Work time includes both regularly scheduled in-office hours and virtual/remote hours).
