About Amy
Amy Boyle is a multimedia journalist, podcaster, and advocate for women dedicated to making sure the stories that matter most get told. A Northwestern University undergraduate alumna, she also holds a Master's from the Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications '23. She believes deeply that every woman has a powerful answer inside her and has spent eight years creating a platform where those stories can shine.

Three women. Three stories. One question: what happened next?
"Phenomenal Impact" revisits Joyce, Kim and Sarah, three of the 104 women originally featured in the 52 Phenomenal Women Project, a portrait and storytelling series that ran from 2018 to 2020. This short documentary follows their lives forward, capturing how they have grown, shifted and continued to show up in the world around them.
Produced as my Medill Master's capstone, it is an intimate look at resilience, reinvention and what it means to keep being phenomenal. Their stories did not end in 2020. This is proof.
