Elizabeth Quinn

I am a seasoned, Los Angeles-based writer/producer/show creator working in several mediums and genres through my production company, In Like Quinn Productions. I have a knack for historical fiction and absurd comedy and want to inspire and entertain through innovative, provocative storytelling that leaves a lasting impact. My original scripts focus on female rebels, underdogs, and square pegs that will never fit in with society’s rigid standards, and have been finalists in several notable writing competitions. 

I am the co-creator, co-executive producer, and writer of the fiction podcast series, Going Reno, starring Bonnie Hunt and Joelle Carter. The series was an official selection in the 2024 Tribeca Festival and received a Special Jury Mention.

I was a contributing author in the 2024 book, “Ted Lasso & Philosophy: No Question is Into Touch," and a featured panelist on independent narrative podcasting at the 2025 Austin Film Festival. I currently teach screenwriting at Loyola Marymount University, the #5 film school in the country.

As a writer, producer, story consultant, and show creator, I am dedicated to generating original ideas and helping networks and production companies bring their projects to fruition. I take my results seriously, but I also believe the creative process should be fun. I bring passion, enthusiasm, and high standards for my work and believe that what’s best for the story always comes before anyone’s ego. My work mantra is “there’s always a solution.”
