Ethan Schwabe

I’ve always been a fan of story telling. Originally that led me down the path of film and television, but I quickly felt the gravitational pull of audio. I’ve been steeped in the public radio world for the past 6 years. I worked as the tech lead for the daily talk show In The Loop, with Sasha-Ann Simons at WBEZ, which I helped launch. I mixed the daily podcast, ran the live broadcast, and produced many segments out in the field and in the studio. I’ve spent countless hours restoring audio. I know how to write for the ear. I know what voice is essential for a topic or conversation and how to book them. My background in video makes me highly adaptable to the podcast industry’s current trends.
