About Jess
Jess Penzetta is a well rounded audio professional specializing in all aspects of podcast production. Her contributions have been recognized by The Guardian, The Signal Awards, and the Gradiva Awards. She has worked as a producer, engineer, and editor for clients from all walks in life, including media professionals, major corporations, high profile talent, and individual creators just starting out.
Jess began her professional audio journey at Berklee College of Music, studying music composition and recording techniques. After transferring to The New School, she kickstarted her podcasting career with the How She Made It podcast by Media x Women, founded by media professional Linda Saint Marc. After graduating in 2022, she worked as an associate producer for The Antidote with professional comedy writers Amy Aniobi and Grace Edwards.
Currently, Jess works as an audio engineer and editor for Hangar Studios, a family sized full service podcast production company that works with multiple clients.
