As AIR's Membership and Programs Manager, Casper (they/them) crafts AIR's weekly e-newsletter, manages the opportunities board, heads up membership and oversees AIR's signature fellowship program, New Voice and co-leads the newly launched podcast marketing development program, AMPLIFY.
I have been producing Homoground, a music podcast that uplifts LGBTQIA+ musicians, for a decade.
In addition to helping people with their podcasts, I am a certified professional life coach who loves encouraging people in developing their passion projects by providing accountability, motivation and support.
I run a virtual coworking and creative space for the LGBTQIA+ community. Podcasters are more than welcome to join us! :)
Lynn's Portfolio
Homoground elevates LGBTQIA musicians through personal stories and music. The first episode launched in 2011 with over 250 episodes featuring hundreds of independent bands.
Queer Public is a narrative podcast about queer culture, queer identity and queer politics. My role with the project was to source queer musicians for the podcast.
Transcripts is a podcast from the Tretter Transgender Oral History Project that takes oral histories from transgender activists out of the archives into the public sphere. I provided musical direction for the show and had a song featured in episode 2.
