About Mike
I am a Black queer creative executive producer and audio storyteller with a background in narrative development, editorial leadership, and full cycle podcast production. My work focuses on shaping meaningful, story driven projects that center clarity, cultural context, and emotional resonance. I partner with creators, organizations, and institutions to guide projects from early concept through launch, helping define the narrative strategy, creative direction, and overall vision of a series.
I have produced and overseen hundreds of episodes across independent and institutional platforms, including long running and limited series projects focused on identity, mental health, community, and social impact. My experience includes creative development, story editing, talent coaching, sound and music direction, and collaborative leadership across multidisciplinary teams. I am especially skilled at translating complex ideas and frameworks into accessible, engaging audio experiences that resonate with diverse audiences.
I am most interested in creative executive producer and senior creative roles where I can support early stage development, shape narrative direction, and steward projects through production with intention and care. I am drawn to collaborations that value thoughtful storytelling, strong editorial vision, and purpose driven work, and I thrive in environments where creativity, strategy, and impact intersect.
