Thalia's Portfolio
Full Circle Enso is a collaborative album born from the creative bond of three high school friends, capturing both their shared history and evolving artistic voices. The project brings together Thalia Aviles (guitar, vocals, audio recording), Marco Salazar (bass), and Michael McLaughlin (drums), blending their individual influences into a cohesive and expressive body of work.
Rooted in a spirit of experimentation and authenticity, the album explores themes of growth, cycles, and self-discovery—mirroring the symbolic meaning of the “enso,” a circle representing completeness and the beauty of imperfection. Each track reflects a moment in that journey, combining elements of rock, alternative, and ambient textures to create a sound that feels both nostalgic and forward-moving.
Recorded and developed through a hands-on, DIY approach, Full Circle Enso highlights not only the group’s musical chemistry but also their dedication to independent artistry. The result is an intimate and dynamic listening experience that captures the essence of collaboration, friendship, and creative evolution.
Evolving is an experimental electronic pop EP that explores the journey of self-love, personal growth, and living authentically. Written, composed, and produced entirely by Thalia Jailene Aviles, the project serves as both a sonic and emotional reflection of transformation—embracing change while staying rooted in truth.
Blending elements of pop, reggae, and Spanish-inspired drum patterns, Evolving creates a genre-fluid soundscape that feels both vibrant and introspective. Dreamy melodies intertwine with rich, layered harmonies, giving each track a sense of depth and atmosphere while maintaining a strong emotional core.
At its heart, Evolving is about stepping into one’s identity with confidence and vulnerability. Through its innovative production and honest storytelling, the EP invites listeners to reflect, grow, and embrace their own evolution.
"Light Up" is a dreamy, high-energy electronic pop single that blends the emotional tones of dream punk with the dancefloor appeal of synth pop. Driven by bright, hard-hitting piano synths, a mellow yet infectious beat, and melodic, mantra-like vocals, the song captures a feeling of catharsis—perfect for late-night drives, emotional release, or zoning out while moving your body. As an independent artist blending underground edge with pop sensibilities, this track offers a fresh, genre-blurring experience that stands out in the alt-pop and indie dance spaces.
